At Sadaf Fawad Khan, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer a seamless return and exchange process for items in original condition within 7 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Contact our customer care team via email or WhatsApp with your order number and images of the product to initiate a return or exchange request.

  Quality Verification

  Once your request is received, our team will review the details to ensure the item is unworn, unwashed, and still has all original tags attached.

• 3.
  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack the item in its original SFK signature packaging to prevent any damage during transit and include the original invoice.

• 4.
  Processing & Refund

  After the returned item arrives at our warehouse and passes inspection, we will process your exchange or issue a store credit/refund within 7-10 business days.
